They Met While Working On A Cruise Ship in the Caribbean 31 Years Ago, She As A Blackjack Dealer, he As A Bartender. They Worked Together To Build A Travel Agency and School As Well As 3 Successful Restaurants in the Miami Area, Before Moving To the White Mountains of New Hampshire Where They Purchased and Ran A Full Service Country Inn and Restaurant for 6 Years. Returning Back To the Sunny Shores of Florida (Saint Petersburg), They Opened Their Restaurant in the Waterfront Community of Gulfport "elements Global Cuisine", in 2008 They Had the Opportunity To Sell Their Restaurant and House and Move To Las Vegas. After 3 Months of Intense Searching Throughout Las Vegas, They Found the Perfect Location That Gave Them A Sense of Community (Spanish Trail Area) and the Ability To Introduce Their Restaurant.
